How Pre-Recorded Broadcasting Works

Pre-Recorded broadcasting of your programs is available if you do not want to use the LIVE broadcasting functionality of "Evangelism Radio."

It operates almost like the "traditional" radio stations you are familiar with.

1. You will have a dedicated time slot where only your program will play.
2. You will be responsible for sending us your pre-recorded program at least one week prior to the broadcast day/time.
3. You will be given your own file folder on our public server where you will be able to load your program.
4. We will take your file from the public server and transfer it to our private server to prepare it for loading to the station servers.

That's IT!  See how easy it is?

You will need to comply with a few requirements (as spelled out in the Registration Forms you will be completing). A quick summary of the things you will need for your program:

1. You will be responsible for recording your program. This could be as simple or as complex as you would like to make it.
   1. Sitting at your desk and recording.
   2. Recording your sermon at church.
   3. Conducting interviews.
2. You will need to comply with the time constraints of your time slot (due to news programming and promotional commercials).
   1. 15 minute time slot is actually 13-14 minutes.
   2. 30 minute time slot is actually 27-28 minutes.
   3. 60 minute time slot is actually 55-57 minutes.
   4. If your recording is less than the time slot maximum (example: 21 minutes in length), we will air a few extra promotional commercials and possibly play some pre-approved, royalty free music selections).
   5. If your recorded program is LONGER than the allotted time slot (example: 45 minutes), you have FOUR options:
      1. Edit the file you send to us.
      2. Allow the servers to automatically cut off your program at the end of your time slot.
      3. Purchase a longer time slot to fit your program.
      4. Edit your program into two parts and play part one on the first day of your weekly broadcast period and part two on the next day (or next week, if you desire).
3. If you desire for US to edit your program for you, there is an extra charge of $25 per month added to your broadcast billing each month. (This charge is for ALL files for the month. Example:  You provide a weekly file for us to edit (4 programs per month), it would be ONE charge of $25 per month).
4. You WILL need an Intro and Outro for your broadcast!
   1. You can record it yourself or have someone record it (we recommend Fiverr.com)
   2. We can have it recorded for you (we will use Fiverr.com).  There is a fee associated with this and we will not be able to provide an estimate of this until we discuss your desires concerning the content and length of each part).
